Payments

Payment in full is required for each month regardless of your child's attendance

Payment fees will be required at the beginning of each month

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, automatic bank withdrawal or

major credit card

All cheques returned for any reason are subject to an administration charge

Cheques are made payable to CVCCFS-Nursery School

30 days notice in writing is required if you are withdrawing your child from the

program

Office Hours

The office is open from 8:30 to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:30 pm. We have a mail

box located at the entrance to Home Child Care at 1099 Longfields Drive.

Cheques and other correspondence can be dropped off after hours.

   

Notice

City View Centre for Child and Family Services holds the right to adjust the

fees accordingly. Sufficient notice will be given.

   

Receipts

Income tax receipts will be issued in February for the previous year.
